Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and excited about your investment, and yes, we do see it as an investment in yourself and your business. (My first training course was the biggest self investment i'd ever made!)

If something comes up in the first 48 hours – before you've dived into the main course content – and you realise it's not quite right for you, just reach out.

I'll review every refund request personally and on a case-by-case basis, because I understand that sometimes life happens or the fit just isn't there.

I'm not here to trap anyone into something that doesn't serve them. My goal is for you to get real value and results, so if you don't see that happening, let's have a conversation.

In that first 48 hours? Let's talk if you need to.

That said, as a rule once you've accessed the Studio, I can't offer refunds - simply because you'll have received the knowledge and strategies that make up module one of the programme.

All our products and coaching services are prepaid.

We provide a 48-hour grace period following your purchase.

Just so you know, once you've started accessing and using materials for a program or course, this grace period will end automatically.

Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds once materials and coaching have been utilised.
